Payment Policies
Payments and co-payments for dental procedures must be rendered at the time of the visit in our office. We accept payment by cash, check, VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards, and debit cards. Third party financing is also available through CareCredit.
We are an in-network provider for the following insurances: Aetna, Americas, Assurant, Guardian, GEHA, and Principle. If you have coverage with a different insurance company, we will gladly assist in filing primary insurance claims for you.
