Originally from the St. Petersburg area in Florida, Dr. Toth grew tired of the heat and flat land, bringing him here to join us in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. Since 2008, Asheville has been considered home where he can enjoy his hobbies of rowing, hiking, and nature photography. For the past several years he has become very involved in rowing recreationally and competitively with the Asheville Rowing Club. He can also be found in the wilderness of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park as he works toward his goal of hiking all 900+ miles of trails found there. He is over half-way done making him no stranger to bear encounters. During the winter you can find him enjoying the snow on his skis or on a sled as he has many years of snow-time to make up for. Dr. Toth has a passion for traveling abroad, finding new adventures, and considers Iceland to be one of the most amazing places on Earth.
